Position : Production Engineer

Job Description :
– To schedule machine as per bar chart.
– To ensure the availability of sufficient input near the machine.
– To Monitor & measurement of production as per machine capacity.
– Monitoring, recording & disposal of scrap in every shift.
– To ensure all production records are updated in DPR & JD.
– Responsible for production shift lead in rolling mill.
– To circulate production report to all concerned.
– Handling production and in-process Aluminum rod quality and parameters.
– Monthly production Planning & its achievement analysis against plan.
– Active role in improvement of Process monitoring activities, in processing of Aluminum & Copper).
– Developing, managing and monitoring the performance of multi-skilled work force and conceptualizing need-based training programs for maximizing operational efficiency.
– Understand and trouble shoot process and engineering issues.
Educational Qualification : Diploma or B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering are eligible to apply
Safety & 5S :
– To do hazard identification & closing of all open points.
– To ensure that all production personnel’s are with PPEs.
– Implementing the concept of 5S and KAIZEN in the workplace.
