Roles & Responsibilities : We are looking for Associate Engineers in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Responsibilities are:-
– Providing performance feedback driving disciplined execution to deliver reliable, predictable results.
– Helping the businesses build their improvement plans and provide support to execute them.
– Sustaining performance through strong core capabilities (internal, including SBO & contingent) through building expertise and a company-wide consistent approach
– Applies a specialized understanding of the total technical support area and systems within scope, as well as interfaces with the business, in order to implement system changes, and processes.
– Handles a range of activities but within a limited and well-defined area of responsibility, often requiring variation and adaptation. Deals with questions with precedents but not necessarily easy to apply, adjustment with many sources of information necessary.
– Works within a variety of well-defined procedures and practices. Supervised on progress and results; informs management about analysis outcomes. Works autonomously within this scope, with regular steer required e.g. on project scope and prioritization.

– Identify and update spare parts required in maintenance with the Spare Management team / material master team in the operating unit / site.
Educational Qualification : B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Chemical / Oil & Gas Engineering
Key Skills & Competencies :
– SAP PM experience and master data management will be an added advantage.
– Effective communication skills and stakeholder management is a necessary skill for the job.
– Experience in Technical / Maintenance Data and Documents management including processes and tools.
– Hands on Experience in Plant Maintenance / Operations Readiness & Assurance (OR&A) in the Oil & Gas and Petro-chemical fields.
