Responsibilities : Responsible for leading Maintenance activity in Shift Operation, Trouble shooting of routine problems to meet daily shift production targets. Adherence to Maintenance schedule and maintaining the Up time of equipment’s. (Planning the Daily Maintenance Activity , PM planning and spares planning etc. ) Man, Machine, Material Handling Ensure inventory as per norms. RSO Certified Troubleshooting of Machines breakdown, Troubleshooting of EOT’s, Compressor’s and other utilities , Sound Knowledge of Mechanical fabrication and handling mechanical related workshop activities like lathe , shaper and drilling operations. Basic Knowledge – SAP , Understanding of Engg. Drawings and AUTOCAD.
Educational Qualification : Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Production / Automobile / Industrial Engineering
Competencies / Skills : Achievement Orientation, Analytical Decision Making, Innovative Thinking, Initiative, Operational & Strategic.
