Job Description : We are recruiting Trainee Engineers for different departments like Manufacturing, Engineering, Utility, Mechanical Maintenance, and Safety. We offer a positive environment that provides a phased approach to training and experiential learning, selling, and specializing at our manufacturing units. – Selected candidates will undergo intense technical learning programs for 6 months and post evaluation, they will be absorbed into full-time technical roles across the business.
– 6 months of training, wherein candidates are exposed to Manufacturing, Engineering, Utility, Mechanical Maintenance, and Safety departments in the Chemical domain in a unit.
– Post 6 months, candidates will go through an evaluation process to be finally placed across different functions like Manufacturing, Engineering, Utility, Mechanical Maintenance, and Safety
– Prior Technical Experience – Candidates having a minimum of 6 months and a maximum of 24 months of post-engineering full-time work experience in manufacturing units will be considered.
– We have manufacturing units across India – Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Odisha, and Karnataka.
Educational Qualification : BE / B.Tech – Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation from reputed Engineering colleges (AICTE Approved)
Knowledge & Skills :
– Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
– Should have good communication and inter personal skills.
