Responsibilities : Provide technical assistance to distributors, contractors, applicators and customers by offering guidance on product selection, application methods, troubleshooting and resolving technical inquiries. To develop a well-defined network of ABCD (Architects, Builders, Contractors and Developers) customers to meet the current and future needs of the company, in the assigned area. Documentation and Reporting. Actively participate in a structured training program covering various aspects like product knowledge, product application, on job learnings and execution. To actively identify, develop, provide training and engage a network of applicators as per targets. To establish and maintain good working relations with distributors/SFA / Applicators to gain support and service.
Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
Competencies / Skills : Ability to work independently under the guidance of ASM as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
