1) Tyre Inspection – vehicle entering hub
2) CPKM Tyres – (wheel alignment, tyre fitment process)
3) Repair & rotation/ NSD of tyre
4) Timeliness & Accuracy in work
5) Team Management
6) Driver’s satisfaction
7) Inspection, Timeliness, Accuracy
Educational Qualification : Any Bachelors or Master’s in Engineering are eligible to apply
Key Performance Indicators :
– All Vehicles entering hub should have tyres inspected.
– Managing manpower availability in hub.
– Ensure full satisfaction of Drivers before vehicle leaves hub.
