Responsibilities : To lead Maintenance activity in Shift Operation, Trouble shooting of routine problems to meet daily shift production targets. Adherence to Maintenance schedule and maintaining the Up time of equipment’s. (Planning the Daily Maintenance Activity , PM planning etc. ) Man, Machine, Material Handling Ensure inventory as per norms. RSO certified Troubleshooting of Automated Machines , Troubleshooting of AC/DC drives , Sound Knowledge of Siemens Automation Products like PC s7 -300 , 1200, HMI , G120 ACVFD , 6RA70/80 DC drives , Maintenance of AC/DC motors Basic Automation – Knowledge of AC/DC drives and PLC Siemens , Schneider , Omron make. Knowledge of Electrical Systems – 33KV HT distribution , O & M of HT/LT switch gears , Transformers , DG sets , Knowledge of MV/EHV testing for Cables .
Educational Qualification : Diploma or Bachelor’s in Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Power Engineering
Competencies / Skills : Achievement Orientation, Analytical Decision Making, Innovative Thinking, Initiative, Operational & Strategic.
